IMPACT Club | Pies & Tarts (Redmond)

Just in time for the holiday season!

Join the CWM team for a hands-on baking experience. Guided by author, food stylist, and PCC chef Zola Gregory, you'll learn how to create a perfectly flaky crust - the foundation for two stand-out holiday pies: Gooey Pecan Tart and Apple Cranberry Pie with Whole Wheat Crumble.

We'll begin the day with a wine tasting paired with delicious nibbles, then roll up our sleeves and start baking! In addition to taking home your sweet creations, you'll also get to choose a bottle of wine from the selection presented during the wine tasting or a bottle of non-alcoholic cider.

Event is by invitation only. Advance registration is required. Seating is extremely limited. Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
